CILT Program (7th - 8th)

Our Camper in Leadership Training Program is for children entering 7th and 8th grade, who would like to become counselors in the future. The program allows the CILTs to take on many of the aspects of being a counselor, while at the same time allowing them to still have fun as campers. We teach our CILTs to be effective leaders, while they continue to participate in swimming, sports, arts & crafts, rock wall, weekly field trips and much more. Being a CILT is a privilege!

Note: These are just examples of daily schedules. All activities rotate, and girls and boys get equal time in all activities. Many days also include special events that correspond with the themed weeks on our Special Events Calendar.
